Account and data deletion request
You can request deletion of your GigRocket account and associated personal data from inside the app or from this page — no sign-in required.
Open GigRocket, go to Profile → Settings, and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 7 days — you can sign in before then and choose Continue account to cancel.
If you no longer have access to the app, enter the email address on your GigRocket account below. We'll email a 6-digit verification code. Confirming it schedules your account for deletion after 7 days, the same as deleting from the app.
Some records — such as order and payment history — are kept in anonymized form as required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
