Is there a guarantee that I will get reactivated?
We are continually striving to get drivers back on the road, but we can't provide a guarantee. It's determined on a case-by-case basis, largely depending on why you were deactivated. If it was a false complaint by a passenger, we have a much better chance. Currently, we have about 40% success rate of getting drivers back on the road within our first initial action letter to their legal department. For the drivers who are unable to make it through, we will provide additional support for you to get through small claims court.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own, for a min. of 6 months. If the course becomes unavailable through Gig Rocket, we will make alternative arrangements at request.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
